You need 1/4 cup unsalted almond butter, 1 whole wheat pita pocket, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg, half a sliced apple and banana. Cut the pita bread into half. In a bowl, blend peanut butter with the spices. Spread inside pita bread halves. Fill with apple and banana slices. Want to skip the pita? That’s fine! Still tastes wonderful with the nut butter and fruits.
