Take time to exercise. Buddy up with family and friends. Take a walk, hike, or ride a bike. Play some music and dance with your friends. Play your favorite sport. Lift weights to strengthen your muscles. Try yoga, tai chi, karate. Think of other things you like to do and just move! It is an easy way to have fun.
