Crunchy, protein and nutrient packed snack. Add 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds, 1 cup almonds, 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds, 1 cup walnut halves, 1 cup dried apricots in a bowl. Combine. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy one cup for a great snack. Add one date if you like, in your cup.
