Quinoa is a nutritional all-star whole grain that helps with weight loss and is easy to cook. It has 8 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber in one cup, plus iron, zinc, selenium and vitamin E. For a filling meal, add vegetables, nuts or lean protein.
