Rich in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil fights inflammation and protects against heart disease. Problem is, fish oil triggers belching. Ugh! To avoid this keep the supplement in the freezer. Take them right before a meal. When frozen, they go in further before being digested and minimize the belching!

All diabetics need regular, fairly moderate exercise. It is much better to walk for half an hour every day than to do a once-a-week marathon gym session. The latter could in fact be harmful to your health. So do it every day! Exercise for Diabetes
